Disappointing

My daughter and I were so disappointed with these textas. They are too sharp making them no good for colouring in. I contacted Oskar's Wooden Ark expressing our disappointment and did not hear back from them.

We are very surprised and saddened to see that you have scored us 1 star for our product and service.

We understand that the textas may not have met your standards but we did make an effort to help you with your issue by responding to your message via our online chat within a very reasonable timeframe. We are not sure if our correspondence was overlooked but it would be greatly appreciated if you checked before giving us an adverse review.

Initially, after seeing your message our customer care team checked the stock on hand and have found no fault with the product. They have contacted you with a request for clarification so we can better understand the issue, but you did not reply.
