All orders are dispatched from our Adelaide warehouse. Our preferred courier is Australia Post, with signature required on delivery.
We aim to dispatch all standard orders received before 1pm on the same or next available business day. During peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer, with Express and Priority dispatch always an option.
Pre-orders: If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and shipped once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, simply place your pre-order items as a separate order.
Domestic Shipping
Express shipping is available for orders up to 5kg. Larger or heavier items will be quoted separately.
Gift card purchases are emailed and do not count toward the free shipping threshold.
For heavy or oversized items, or delivery to remote destinations, additional freight charges may apply. If this affects your order, we'll contact you with the option to pay the difference or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery & Signature
We use Australia Post for the majority of orders. Occasionally we may dispatch with an alternative courier - you'll always receive a tracking confirmation email when your order leaves us.
- Australia Post orders are sent signature required. Authority to Leave is available on request at checkout.
- Courier orders for residential deliveries of fewer than 5 items, deliveries will default to Authority to Leave where it is safe to do so, and at the discretion of the driver. Your order will be left in a safe place, or if there is no safe place to leave, your order will return to the local freight depot.
Where Authority to Leave applies - whether requested by you or applied by the courier - responsibility for the parcel once left rests with the receiver.
Combining Orders
Placed two orders and want to combine shipping? Both orders must be shipping to the same address under the same customer and email details, and your first order must not yet be dispatched. Use code COMBINE at checkout on your second order. COMBINE cannot be used with pre-orders or laybys.
Express & Urgent Deliveries
Need your order by a specific date? Check Australia Post delivery speeds and coverage for your postcode - note that next-day express delivery isn't available everywhere, and in some rural areas may take up to 5 business days.
All dlivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by your location, seasonal demand, or weather events.
Our Commitment to You
We take every care to ensure your order reaches you safely, and work only with reputable delivery services. Please be aware that once your order is collected from our warehouse, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the delivery service.
If a parcel goes missing or is damaged in transit, please contact us straight away. We'll liaise with the courier on your behalf and do everything we can to resolve the situation for you.

International Shipping & Gifts
We ship to selected countries worldwide, and welcome orders placed from overseas for delivery to an Australian address - perfect if you have friends or family here and want to send a gift straight to their door.
If you need help choosing, our Gift Guide is a good place to start. And if you'd prefer some personal assistance, we're happy to help.
Sending a gift? If your delivery address differs from your billing address, no invoice will be included with the parcel - we'll send it to you by email instead. To make sure our warehouse team treats your order accordingly, please add GIFT in the comments field at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following countries (some product restrictions apply - see below):
New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, Dubai, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea
United States: We are temporarily unable to ship to the US while we work through the current tariff requirements. We'll update our customers if this changes.
Rates & Delivery
International orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is fulfilled. Please note that tracking updates can sometimes be delayed - if you have a specific question about your parcel's whereabouts, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly.
Estimated transit time is 9-20 business days, though delivery times can vary significantly depending on your location and any disruptions affecting international mail services.
For large or heavy items, checkout rates may not fully reflect the actual courier cost. If this affects your order, our team will contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed.
Important to Know
- The receiver is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country. If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, shipping fees cannot be refunded.
- Due to distribution restrictions, Grimm's, Stockmar, Mercurius and certain other brands cannot be shipped outside Australia.
- Some items may be ineligible for international shipping due to size or weight. If you receive an error at checkout, try removing items from your cart one at a time to identify which item is causing the issue.
