The Alphabet Coins 1-100 Set from Oskar's Wooden Ark with are little coins with a peg on the bottom for fitting them nicely into our Ten, Twenty, and Hundred Frames. They offer even more learning and play with your number frames as your child places each into the dimples of the boards.

Some activity ideas can be:

  • Place them in alphabetical order forwards and backwards (for an extra challenge)
  • Sort vowels and consonants
  • Match uppercase to lowercase letters
  • Practice spelling and correcting right on the board
  • Create word family lists
  • Create a word search
  • Play scrabble

Each set of coins includes one full uppercase alphabet and one full lowercase alphabet along with a mix of commonly used letters, which is a wonderful set to use for spelling, totalling 100 coins.

Bought to go with the 100s board. Great for learning to manipulate sounds in words. They look beautiful and great for 4-8 year olds.

fantastic alphabet discs

My grandaughter had her 4th birthday and this was part of her gift. She has the board with all the numbers that go to 100 and can do it well. Oskars wooden ark have very educational toys on offer now she will learn how to spell as she knows the alphabet and can use the numbers board for the alphabet discs as well. I wish they had these great gifts when my kids were growing up. Learning before they start kindy and school is only an advantage for them well done Oskars wre gifts thatooden ark. I have purchased gifts from here also for my great nephew as they are gifts that last as they are well made.
