Beautiful little blue truck

The Grimms blue is one of my favourite Grimms colours so I was excited to get this blue truck for my kids. They have enjoyed driving their little passengers around in the back of the truck and also towing Grapat mandala pieces around. A great addition to our playroom and the quality is of course amazing as usual.

Great product but disappointing service

I’ve purchased from our wooden toys and silk scarves exclusively from OWA over the past few years and have had a good experience until recently, even writing a positive review in their early years and following their family pages. However, I’m pretty disappointed with my recent customer service experience, where I received an incorrect item - one that was more expensive than what I had ordered. I immediately reached out to inform them about the mistake, and they requested I return the item, which is totally fair. However, I was pressured to return in within 24hrs because “a little one was eagerly awaiting it”. This wasn’t exactly realistic for most peoples schedules and considering they would not have even noticed that I received the wrong item until I reached out. What makes this worse is my child missed out on receiving their intended gift for their special event, and there was no effort to make up for this like offering a discount code or sending the correct item out immediately when I initially raised the issue. I love the beautiful items, including this little blue truck, sold at OWA but would recommend they improve their customer service training and inventory tracking systems to help future customers.
