Customer Service Superstar
We are looking for a fun, energetic & passionate Customer Service Superstar.
The successful applicant must be located in Adelaide, South Australia and the place of work will be at 5094 Gepps Cross.

About the role…
-
Work closely within Customer Service, with our Warehouse & Operations teams to manage the delivery of customer service on a daily basis
-
You will stay on top of a large amount of incoming customer service enquiries throughout multiple channels and are a master at seeing solutions rather than problems
-
Manage returns and assist with pickups from our local customers
-
Building relationships & making connections with our customers is in your blood
-
Have a special understanding for our Education and Early Learning Centre Customers
-
During peak times, help out as needed in the warehouse
-
Roll up your sleeves, keep a smile on your face, and go the extra mile, every time!
About you…

You are fun, energetic & passionate about customer service and have an affinity for our products and high quality handmade wooden toys
-
Have an interest or connection to the education, early learning or schools environment
-
Have a high level of attention to detail

You pride yourself on making customers happy - you are willing to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding and remarkable customer service every single day

Have good time management skills and be able to work in a punctual, reliable, and efficient manner

Adaptable and flexible in a changing environment

Excellent english speaking and communication skills
-
Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential
